29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: Location: Front side of residential apartments @ 21-23 Rolling Green, Fall River, MA 02720 On or about 3/25/21 employees were exposed to fall hazards of 18 feet to the ground below, where a guardrail system or, personal fall arrest system was not in use. The employer AA Acosta Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1459659 , citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/07/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 87 Trenton St. East Boston, MA 02128.
