29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. 13 Charles St., Westborough, MA: On or about March 20, 2021 (Saturday), an employee was not protected from falling more than 10 feet to the ground below. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1). Shine Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard29 CFR 1926.501 B 13, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1316122, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/11/18, with respect to a workplace located at78 Baywood St., Warwick, RI.
