29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): The employer did not install at least one handrail for stairways used by employees that consisted of having more than four risers. (a) LANDMARK CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS, INC, at 2440 Trio Falls Drive, Loveland, CO 80538: On and before March 25, 2021, the controlling and exposing employer did not ensure that flights of stairs with 5 risers throughout the jobsite had a handrail installed. This condition exposed employees and subcontractor employees to fall hazards.
