29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart:  a)  Five Starts Carpentry Corp., does not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Combustible products such as wood were used, Gasoline fueled generators was used on site to power electric equipment such as circular saws, nail guns, extension cords and compressors to perform the framing activities. Extra gasoline to fuel the generators was stored in gas cans  next to the generator on the site, on or about 3/22/21.   .

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a) Building left side: Employees was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 14 feet while engaged in framing work on the second floor of a framed residential home without a means of fall protection in place, on or about 3/22/21.  b) Building right side: Employees was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 14 feet while engaged in framing work on the second floor of a framed residential home without a means of fall protection in place, on or about 3/22/21.
