29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart: a) Five Starts Carpentry Corp., does not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Combustible products such as wood were used, Gasoline fueled generators was used on site to power electric equipment such as circular saws, nail guns, extension cords and compressors to perform the framing activities. Extra gasoline to fuel the generators was stored in gas cans next to the generator on the site, on or about 3/22/21. .
