29 CFR 1926.351(b)(2):Welding cable(s) in use were not free from improper repair or splices for a minimum distance of 10 feet from the cable end to which the electrode holder was connected: a) Langley Air Force Hanger Bay: On or about 03/26/2021, the welding cable used to weld the open web joist bars, black tape was applied over the insulated jacket to cover exposed conductors within 10 feet of the electrode holder. No abatement certification or documentation required.
