29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a) Haks Sports Bar, 1050 S Market St, Wilmington, DE 19801 - On or about March 31, 2021, and continuing thereafter, the employer exposed employees to unsanitary conditions in failing to adequately clean areas, such as, but not limited to, the restrooms and surfaces in the dressing room.
