29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 20 Landmark Eastampton NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below, when performing roof shingle installation and other related activities while working/walking from the pitched roof of a residential structure without the required fall protection. Condition observed on or about 03/26/21.
