OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards:  a) Georgia Ports Authority, Garden City Terminal Container, in the Ground Storage area, on or about March 26, 2021, and or times prior to, employees worked in, and around, intermodal container stacks while equipment, such as Rubber Tired Gantry (RTG) Cranes and Empty Handlers, were being operated, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
