29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee shall be protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section: A). on or about 03/25/21, scaffolds in the front of the house at 64-68 233th Street, Oakland Gardens. NY Employees applying stucco around the windows on the scaffold north side of the house were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 15 ft. to the ground. Guardrails or personal fall arrest systems were not provided.
