Located along various areas of the commercial building structures low-sloped roof and roof deck employees were observed performing associated roofing work adjacent to unprotected sides or edges of the roof and roof deck without conventional fall protection or safety monitoring systems being utilized exposing the employees to fall potentials in excess of 23 feet.
