29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about March 30, 2021 at 97 Norwich Avenue, Colchester, CT on the job site: Upon arrival, CSHO observed that four employees were working on the roof of the house. None of the employees were protected by a fall protection system. Employer did not construct a guardrail systems, safety net system, or provide employees a personal fall arrest system. The slope of the roof was approximately 6:1 and the fall distance to the ground was approximately 13 ft.
