29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Reroofing work, 16 Corlen Ct, Medford, NJ - Three-four employees were working without any fall protection, reroofing an approximate 10/12 pitched roof approximately 20-25' above ground level, on or about 03/25/2021. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause them to lose balance and fall: a) 16 Corlen Ct, Medford, NJ, south side of townhome - An employee carried two pieces of approximate 3' x 3' x 5/8" plywood, balanced with his right hand on his shoulder and right side of his head, while ascending an aluminum extension ladder to the approximate 20 foot level, and then stepped to his right off of the ladder onto the downward slope of the approximate 10/12 pitched roof, on or about 03/25/2021. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
