Construction, LLC at 112 East Granite Street, Brandon SD, 57005: On or about and at times prior to March 31, 2021 the controlling employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections were conducted of the job site. This condition exposed subcontracted employees to fall hazards of over six feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) R.E.S. Construction, Inc. at 112 East Granite Street, Brandon SD, 57005: On or about and at times prior to March 31, 2021 the controlling employer did not ensure that roofing subcontracted employees were protected from fall hazards while conducting roofing operations on a residential property. Subcontracted employees were installing roofing materials on a residential home with no fall protection systems in place. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 20 feet.
