29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  a)  On or about 03/25/2021, at the Kwik Fill Station, located at 1835 Mt. Hope Avenue, in Rochester, New York, The employer did not provide fall protection for employees working in the basket of an articulating boom aerial lift.   A harness with lanyard was not used to "tie off" to the boom basket and employees were exposed to falling 14 feet to lower levels.  NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
