29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: On or about April 1, 2021 and at times prior thereto, in the warehouse, the employer did not ensure permanent aisles and passageways were appropriately marked, and sufficient safe clearances were allowed for aisles and pedestrians who worked on foot. Employees were exposed to being struck by forklifts.
