East Building � On or about March 16, 2021, the operator of the Redford 43 shell core machine was exposed to a pinch point by unintentionally circumventing the protection of the two-hand cycle initiation device installed on the machine when changing a core box.  Abatement Note: Feasible and acceptable means of abatement, among others, include requiring employees to change core boxes while in the automatic mode and protected by the two hand cycle initiation device installed on the core press.
