29 CFR 1926.25(a):1926.25(a): At this job site, roofing materials such as nails, shingles, plywood and construction debris, was not kept cleared from work areas. On or about March 29, 2021 boards with protruding nails were scattered throughout the site where workers were constructing apartment buildings, exposing workers to the hazard of stepping on nails.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about March 29, 2021, workers were working up to approximately 30 feet high from the apartment buildings under construction without fall protection, exposing workers to a fall hazard.
