Overland Park, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet from the roof to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized. AG Construction Corporation now IG Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1127332, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 04.25.2016, with respect to a workplace located at 15929 Melrose Street in Overland Park, KS.
