29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: A). on or about 04/02/21, On the right side entrance of Queens Blvd of Maple Grove Cemetery. Kew Gardens, NY Employee working in a basket of International truck 7300 trimming trees was exposed to a fall hazard approximately 15 ft. below. The employee was not wearing any fall protection systems. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
