29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At 10183 Highway 31, Rockwell Elementary School, Spanish Fort, Alabama: On or about April 2, 2021 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 40 feet to the ground below.
