29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  At the jobsite located at 17120 S Schweiger Dr, Olathe, Kansas, employees engaged in residential masonry activities were exposed to electrical shock hazards, in that the flexible cord was damaged on a hammer drill.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):  At the jobsite located at 17120 S Schweiger Dr., Olathe, KS, employees engaged in masonry work were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer is failing to provide a complete walking/working surface for employees. The supported scaffold was not fully planked exposing employees to an incomplete walking/working surface and subsequent fall hazard.   The Herrera Stucco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1479525, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/17/20, with respect to a workplace located at 16521 Ballentine St Overland Park Kansas 66221.  The Herrera Stucco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1170721, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/29/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 723 SW Estates Dr. Lee's Summit, Missouri.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(1)(i): Guys, ties, and braces were not installed at locations where horizontal members support both inner and outer legs:  At the jobsite located at 17120 S Schweiger Dr., Olathe,  Kansas, employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were working from scaffolding that was missing bracing and the bracing was not connected to the scaffolding.  Herrera Stucco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(c)(1)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1479525, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/17/20, with respect to a workplace located at 16521 Ballentine St Overland Park Kansas 66221.

Cross braces were used as a means of access.  At the jobsite located at 17120 S Schweiger, Olathe, KS, employees engaged in masonry work were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not ensue employees accessing/egressing a scaffold, more than 2 feet, used a ladder.
