29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: a) Work zone at Warrington Road Between Route 24 & Old Landing Road, in Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971, on both sides of the road as well as flagging at the three way (road closed) intersection: On or about 4/2/2021, Employees were exposed to multiple hazards onsite including but not limited to struck by/ caught in-between hazards when they performed flagging operations and other operations to facilitate site preparation work for widening/ future paving without, when signs were not posted in advance of or at the flagger/ flagger station.

29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): Traffic control signs or devices used for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, 2009 Edition, December 2009 (including Revision 1 dated May 2012 and Revision 2 dated May 2012) - see 1926.6 - Section 6C.05: a) Work zone at Warrington Road Between Route 24 & Old Landing Road, in Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971, on both sides of the road as well as flagging at the three way (road closed) intersection: On or about 4/2/2021, Employees were exposed to multiple hazards onsite including but not limited to struck by/ caught in hazards when they accessed or egressed the site and parked equipment and vehicles within the work zone to perform site preparation work for widening/ future paving when redirection of the road users' normal path was required and they were not directed from the normal path to a new path according to Section 6C.05.
