This was most recently documented on or about April 2, 2021 at a workplace located at 8121 US Hwy 69, Kansas City, Missouri. The employees were exposed to hazardous energy while servicing Capacity Trailer Spotting Tractor #22 in that the employer had not developed procedures to mitigate these hazards such as the hazard of the truck moving forward inadvertently, creating pinch point hazards and caught in between hazard.
