29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: a) On or about April 5, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations on a multi-unit family dwelling thirty five (35) feet above the ground, were not protected from falling.
