29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 150 Oxford Road, main home, east side of roof, on or about 4-5-21: One employee was installing "Cedar Breather" on a steep roof (10:12 pitch), and was not protected from falls, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 22 feet. b) 150 Oxford Road, detached garage, south side of roof, on or about 4-5-21: Two employees were working on a steep roof (10:12 pitch), and were not protected from falls, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet 7 inches up to 12 feet 9 inches.
