29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. On or about April 6, 2021, on the west side of the jobsite employee(s) were observed dismantling an air filter from a cement hopper without the use of fall protection.
