29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1):The top edge height of the top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level: On or about April 6, 2021 and April 8, 2021 at the Kane Street Project, the foreman and employee were installing new duct work and were working from a roof deck and the parapet wall in use as a guardrail system was not 39 to 45 inches in height.
