29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) On or about April 12, 2021, operators, fabricators, and polishers were required to wear NIOSH approved, 3M Brand, elastomeric respirators with P100 filters and N95 filtering facepiece dustmask respirators while engaging in countertop fabrication and the employer did not develop a written respiratory protection program.
