29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. Employees were exposed to falls greater than 10-feet from a scaffold on the roof of the construction project in that guardrails were not installed at the end-frames.
