At worksite located at 8106 N Thomas Meyers Dr KC MO -- employees were not wearing eye protection while engaged in roofing duties. Employees were tearing off shingles with pitchforks on the west side and roofing on the east side of the building. The employees were using pneumatic nail guns. This was documented on or about 04/06/2021.
