29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(i): The load was not well secured and properly balanced in the sling or lifting device before it was lifted more than a few inches: On or about April 2, 2021, the employer did not ensure the loads being raised and transported by a CM Cady Lifter CM Cady Lifter, Serial # 15815LCP were properly balanced in the lifting device. The lifting device was out of balance while moving loads in the facility.
