29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.: On 1/8/2021, Employees of Innovative Building Concepts, Inc. were constructing a commercial building located at or near 2080 Hanley Road, O'Fallon, MO. The employees were working from a Genie S-65 and Genie S-40 aerial lifts, which had the boom in the elevated position. The employees were working without the use of body belts or body harnesses and lanyards not attached to the boom or basket of the aerial lift.
