The emergency exit door in the large warehouse room was obstructed by a snow blower and an electric lift truck, exposing employees to fire hazards. Bally Produce Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.36(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1446854, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on January 8, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 49-00 Maspeth Ave., Maspeth, NY 11378.
