29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while performing roofing activities. This was most recently observed at 14531 Wirt St, Omaha, Nebraska on April 6, 2021 where the employer has employees re-roofing a residential home without fall protection where the ground to eave was over 10 feet. Pablo Luna, Owner, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1227639, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 19, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 5323 N 134th Ave, Omaha, NE 68164.
