Note: Weisz and Sons, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1335147, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on September 4, 2018, with respect to a workplace located in the vicinity of 43rd Avenue & Ottawa Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.  Note: Weisz and Sons, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1317674, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on September 4, 2018, with respect to a workplace located in the vicinity of the Intersection of Mandan Street & East Avenue B in Bismarck, North Dakota.
