29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Janitor's Closet - Employees exposed to "14 Plus All-Purpose Cleaning Solution" and "66 Heavy Duty Alkaline Bathroom Cleaner and Disinfectant" were not provided with suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes, because the eye wash station was located around a corner and behind a locked door.
