No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On April 7, 2021, employees engaged in roofing activity were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately 17 feet above the ground.   Presidential Roofing & Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1448713, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 5, 2020, with respect to a worksite located at 985 Twilight Lane, Wheeling, Illinois.   Presidential Roofing & Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1199030, citation 1, item 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on February 15, 2017, with respect to a worksite located at 1701 Mansard Lane, Mount Prospect, Illinois.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
