29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a) On April 29, 2025, employees were exposed to eye injury while operating pneumatic roofing nail guns without eye protection during roofing work.   Presidential Roofing & Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1523956, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 21, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2203 N. Champlain St., Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On April 29, 2025, employees engaged in roofing activity were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of up to approximately 16 feet above the ground.  Presidential Roofing & Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1523956, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 21, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2203 N. Champlain St., Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004.
