29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) McKay Hardwoods located at 548 State Route 95 Loudonville, Ohio 44842; On or about April 8, 2021, the employer did not ensure elevated non floor surfaces near and around the first cut saw were maintained in a clean and orderly condition. Saw dust and wood debris was allowed to accumulate on elevated equipment and wall surfaces such as, but not limited to, the yellow guard on the first cut saw, overheard duct work, and wall surfaces exposing employees to fire hazards.
