29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1):Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge. On or about April 8, 2021, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure exit doors were unlocked during business hours to provide quick exit of the building in case of an emergency exposing employees to fire and smoke hazards; a) the Exit door at the front entrance was locked during business hours, and b) an Exit door was locked on the west side of the CMP building when occupied by employees.
