29 CFR  1910.22(a)(2):   The floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition.  When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided: The employer did not ensure the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When processes are used drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided:   On 4/8/2021, at the ice cream deeping area, water was accumulating on the floor due to a leaking faucet. This condition exposed employees to slip and fall hazards.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)   At the workplace,  the employer did not provide access to the safety data sheets for chemicals used by each employee to perform housekeeping activities.  This condition exposed employees to chemical burn hazards.
