29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(3):The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv):  On or about April 7, 2021 , employees working in the paint booth used chemicals, including but not limited to ARCYKING F-328W and PH-720, and the employer had not provided adequate training to include the items outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv).   The training conducted did not include training specific to the chemical hazards present at the work site in that:  i. Employees had not received training on site specific methods and observations that may be used to detect the presence or release of hazardous chemical in the workplace;  ii. Employees were not trained on the physical, health, simple asphyxiation, combustible dust, and pyrophoric gas hazards, as well as hazards not otherwise classified, of the chemicals in the work area.  iii. Employees had not received training on site-specific measures employees can take to protective themselves from the chemical hazards, including specific procedures to protect employees from exposure, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to be used.  iv. Employees had not received GHS 2012 training including labeling elements (product identifier, precautionary statements, hazard statements, pictograms, signal word, and manufacturer information), and the new SDS format.
