29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) Production Building: March 26, 2021 and prior to;  employees are welding, cutting, grinding and painting on steel shipping containers. Paint on shipping containers consists of paints that are eye, skin, and respiratory irritants to include but not limited to epoxy resins (water soluble), Titanium dioxide,  Propylene glycol, and Iron oxide.  Painters are working with paints to include but not limited to Sherwin Williams Pro Primer Interior Latex Paint.   Note* Abatement certification IS required.
