29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Jobsite, 114 & 118 Kressview Drive, Oakdale, PA:  On or about March 24, 2021,  the controlling contractor was onsite while 8 workers of the subcontractor worked on the roof and were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 36 feet above the ground.  Universal Builders of America was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CRF 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1477060, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/22/20, with respect to a workplace located at 6292 Manor Glen, Medina, Ohio.
