Shore Trail., Sparta, NJ Employees without fall protection were exposed to an approximate 16 foot fall hazard while engaged in framing activities, on or about 04/09/2021. Mallon Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 C.F.R. 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1312612, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/10/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 264 E.
