Condition noted on or about 04/09/2021 Suarez Framing LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1434519, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 10/18/2019 with respect to a work place located at 255 5th Ave, Paterson NJ 07524. This citation became a final order on 10/28/2019 (Closed)
