29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On or about April 08, 2021, a flexible cord ran from the Rig Manager's trailer to the parts trailer had a damaged strain relief device which allowed pull transmitted to the flexible cord terminals. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.
