29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 8181 Colleton Court S Semmes, AL (Roof Area): On or about April 02, 2021; the "controlling employer", All Weather Roofing & Construction, LLC, failed to ensure exposed employees of the subcontractor, Valencia Roofing, LLC, were using fall protection while performing roofing activities such as but not limited to removing shingles; exposing employees to fall hazards of up to approximately sixteen (16) feet to the ground below.
