29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) Morgan Marina, 8000 Gondek Drive, Parlin, NJ:  On or about 4/08/2021, employee(s) such as yard laborers are required to wear air-purifying respirators, including N-95  filtering facepiece respirators for inhalation protection from particulates during sanding of boat hulls using powered orbital sander. A written respirator plan was not developed & implemented in the workplace that addressed medical evaluation of users for approval of use and employee training on inspection, maintenance & storage of respirators.

Respirator users were not provided evaluations to assess their medical suitability prior to being assigned to wear a respirator.
