29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold. The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while performing framing activities. This was most recently observed at 840 N 143rd Avenue Circle, Omaha NE 68154 on April 6, 2021 where the employer had his employee on a scaffold that was suspended 12 feet above the lower level while framing a residential home, and did not protect the employee from falling to a lower level.

The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while performing framing activities. This was most recently observed at 840 N 143rd Avenue Circle, Omaha NE 68154 on April 6, 2021 where the employer had his employee on a scaffold that was suspended 12 feet above the lower level while framing a residential home, and did not protect the employee from falling by securing the safety platform to the lifting carriage and/or the forks.
